Entity Formation

For most clients, online entity creation services do little to fully achieve their goals: sophisticated liability protection and advice. Here at Kush.Law I am focused on clients that want the latter.

Often, clients will come to me with an entity they created themselves and request an operating agreement. And often times, the client will have to pay an additional $150 filing fee to amend the original entity because it immediately becomes clear they were insufficiently advised.
