Included: Initial Entity set up, Operating Agreement, Registered Agent Consent, Form to Amend to the Operating Agreement, EIN Application, and a 30 minute consultation.
Compared to Legal Zoom: Online entity creating services will help you create the entity, but will not give you a tailored operating agreement, will not give you a phone consult on which entity to choose, and certainly will not give you additional documents to properly observe the formalities required in order to maintain your liability shield.
Residential Real Estate Review
Included: Initial Phone Consultation, Modified Texas Real Estate Forms, and a Subsequent Revision.

Standard Commercial Leases
Included: Assessment of your needs, Standard Lease Agreement, and Incorporation of requested modifications.
This offering is for clients with a desire for a simple commercial lease agreement. It is not designed to be a document for a complex commercial transaction. But often times, complexity is not necessary, and I will help you make that decision.
